How can I request my bill by email?

Please note that the information in this FAQ does not apply to all customers. Depending on your customer type, this option may or may not be available.

You can set the delivery method of your bills and other documents yourself via MyFarys:

  1. In the menu, choose ‘Customise document delivery method’.

  1. Select the address for which you want to change the delivery method.
     

  2. Under ‘Communication preferences’, you can change the delivery method of several documents: your bills, payment reminders and invitations to submit meter readings.
