Public governance

An effective corporate governance model provides an optimal balance between creative enterprise and control and between performance and compliance. Integrity, transparency, an eye for risks: all are clear core concepts.

As a public company, we play an exemplary role and we consciously choose for public governance – the public variant of corporate governance – even when we are not formally required to do so.

We report semi-annually on set themes including:
