Problem registering?

An account has already been created on MyFarys with this email address in the past.

Where can I find my customer number and/or contract account number?

Both numbers can be found at the top of the bill or in the details on you welcome letter.

Each customer number can only be connected to an account in MyFarys once.

Contact us via this web form or on +32(0)78-35 35 99, so we can check to which account this customer number is already linked.

I am getting a notification that registration is not possible because my customer number contains many delivery addresses.

The MyFarys environment is technically built for customers with a limited number of delivery addresses.

In future, we will build a customised environment for customers with many delivery addresses to meet the specific needs of such customers.

I have not received an email to activate my account.

Check your spam or junk mail folder for an email from registration@farys.be. It may take a few minutes for the email to appear in your mailbox.

Try the link in the email again, maybe there was a technical problem. Still not working? Check whether you can log in to MyFarys anyway.

Was the email sent over 48 hours ago? If so, the validity of the link has expired (for security reasons), and you will need to register again.
